Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at gettoteflow.com (the "Site") or by placing a rental order with ToteFlow LLC ("ToteFlow," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site or ToteFlow's rental services.

2. Services

ToteFlow provides short-term rental of reusable plastic moving totes and related equipment (moving dollies, moving blankets, packing supplies) for residential and small commercial moves in the greater Cincinnati, Ohio metropolitan area ("Services").

Services include:

  • Delivery of totes and equipment to your current address
  • A standard rental period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery
  • Pickup of totes and equipment from your new address upon completion of your move
  • Optional packing supplies and add-on equipment delivered with your order

3. Rental Period and Extensions

The standard rental period is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. If you require additional time, you must contact ToteFlow before your rental period expires to request an extension. Extensions are available at $25.00 per additional week, subject to availability.

Totes and equipment not returned or scheduled for pickup by the end of the rental period (including any approved extensions) may be subject to additional fees at ToteFlow's discretion.

4. Payment and Deposit

Card on file: When you submit a booking request, you will be directed to securely save a valid payment method. No charge is made at the time of booking.

Delivery charge: Your rental fee will be charged to your saved payment method at the time of delivery.

Security deposit: A hold of $75.00 will be placed on your card at the time of delivery and released upon confirmation of complete, undamaged return of all equipment.

Deductions from deposit: ToteFlow may deduct from the deposit to cover: (a) missing totes or equipment; (b) damage beyond normal wear; (c) excessive cleaning required beyond standard sanitation; or (d) unreturned specialty boxes or supplies.

All payments are processed through Stripe. ToteFlow does not store credit card information directly.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel a confirmed booking at no charge if you provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee at ToteFlow's discretion.

ToteFlow reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unavailability, service area limitations, or other operational constraints. In such cases, no charge will be applied.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Be present or designate an authorized adult to receive delivery and sign any required acknowledgment
  • Use totes and equipment only for lawful moving and packing purposes
  • Not use totes to transport hazardous materials, flammable substances, perishable food, or illegal items
  • Store totes in a secure, weather-protected location during the rental period
  • Return all totes in the same quantity received, with lids and handles intact
  • Notify ToteFlow promptly if any tote or equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen during your rental

7. Condition of Equipment

ToteFlow cleans and sanitizes all totes before each rental. Equipment is inspected for structural damage prior to delivery. You agree to inspect equipment upon delivery and notify ToteFlow of any pre-existing damage within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report pre-existing damage may result in you being held responsible for that damage at return.

8. Loss and Damage

You are responsible for all totes and equipment during the rental period. In the event of loss or damage beyond normal wear:

  • Lost tote: $15.00 per tote
  • Damaged lid or handle: $5.00 per item
  • Damaged dolly or blanket: Replacement cost at ToteFlow's current purchase price
  • Specialty boxes (TV, wardrobe, dish, mirror): Original purchase price if not returned

Loss or damage fees exceeding the security deposit will be charged to your saved payment method.

9. Service Area

ToteFlow provides service within approximately 20 miles of our base location in Amelia / Eastgate, Ohio (ZIP 45102). Service availability for addresses outside this radius is subject to ToteFlow's discretion and may involve additional charges. Confirming an order does not guarantee service if the delivery or pickup address is later found to be outside our service area.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToteFlow LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to damage to property during your move, delay in delivery or pickup, or unavailability of equipment.

ToteFlow's total liability for any claim arising from your rental order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ToteFlow LLC, its members, managers, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of ToteFlow LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission from ToteFlow LLC.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TOTEFLOW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clermont County, Ohio.

15. Changes to These Terms

ToteFlow reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site or Services following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
